This act provides for the integration and coordination of disaster management in Swaziland, and for the establishment, structure, organization, powers, functioning and responsibilities of the National Disaster Management Council, National Disaster Management Agency, National Emergency Committee, Regional Disaster Management Committee, Disaster Management Fund.
