Nicaragua: Ley creadora del sistema nacional para la prevencion, mitigation y atencion de desastres (2000)

The purpose of this Law is to establish the principles, norms, provisions and general instruments necessary to create and allow the operation of an inter-institutional system aimed at reducing risks through prevention, mitigation and response activities to disasters, whether natural or man-made.
