The purpose of this Decree is to establish the regulatory provisions for the Assignment of Functions of the National System established in Law Number 337, Law of the National System for the Prevention, Mitigation and Attention of Disasters, published in La Gaceta, Official Journal, Number 70, of April 7, 2000.
