The purpose of this Decree is to establish the regulatory provisions for the application of Law No. 337, Law on the Creation of the National System for the Prevention, Mitigation and Attention of Disasters, published in La Gaceta No. 70 of April 7, 2000 and which will hereinafter be referred to as the Law.
