Nicaragua: Decreto no. 103-2002, Reglamento de funcionamiento de las comisiones de trabajo sectoriales del sistema nacional para la prevención, mitigación, y atención de desastres

The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the terms and conditions of operation of the sectoral working commissions of the national system for the prevention, mitigation, and attention to disasters, created by Law No. 337 and by the National Committee, in order to guarantee the highest level of coordination, effectiveness, and efficiency in the actions of prevention, mitigation, attention, and recovery of populations affected by natural or man-made disasters.
