This document intends to provide local government units with the knowledge and capacity necessary to effectively comply the Philippines Republic Act no. 10121, which requires: (i) the establishment of Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (LDRRM) Office in every province, city, and municipality; and (ii) a LDRRM Plan, implemented together with local partners and stakeholders.
