About

Effective resilience programmes span further than just an organisation’s ability to maintain profits. They also focus on raising the strength of individuals, teams, and the society around them. On May 24th at 3-4pm BST, Prof Duncan Shaw (The University of Manchester) will be taking part in a webinar session exploring the ways in which organisations can embed a “whole system” approach to resilience. This one-hour session, hosted by PA, will explore the challenges that individuals, organisations, and societies face when building resilience. Whether you’re looking to become more resilient as a leader or hoping to support those around you, this webinar will provide guidance and tactics to tackle such challenges. We’ll be exploring resilience through the following lenses:

  • Resilient self: How can we become more resilient leaders?
  • Resilient organisation: How can we nurture a culture of resilience?
  • Resilient society: Why is it important for organisations to contribute to the resilience of wider society?
