This workshop aims to discuss and draft a plan for reviewing the process of reporting progress on the implementation of the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA), in regions, with specific roles and responsibilities of the national, regional and sub-regional entities; discuss and draft an initial process document outlining the roles and responsibility of the regional organizations in the overall HFA Mid-Term Review (HFA MTR) process; reflect on lessons learnt from the 2009 Global Assessment Report (GAR) and discuss plans for the next report.
