National domestic preparedness consortium quarterly meeting

During the week of February 8, 2010, the NDPTC will host the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium's Quarterly Meeting. The meeting will include the introduction of NDPTC's Tsunami Awareness demonstration course, as well as courses provided by Rural Domestic Preparedness Consortium and the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training.

In its inaugural year, the NDPTC is in the process of conducting a needs assessment survey to determine the most critical training needs to help communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from 'natural' disasters.
