E-Learning course: gender aspects of disaster risk management

Illustrated in this course, how the inclusion of women in disaster management results in more equitable and efficient outcomes during disaster recovery and reconstruction. It reviews those aspects of disaster management in which gender concerns arise, and introduces policies and tools for gender mainstreaming.
