This virtual session, "Blended Finance for Adaptation: Insights for Future Programming,” will explore why and where blended finance models can draw in additional co-financing, where grants and public finance remain essential, and how this can support delivering adaptation and resilience investments aligned to country priorities.  

An expert panel will examine where concessional finance mobilizes private capital for resilience, where grants and policy reform boost results, and how this can shape CIF's resilience programming and GEF's new adaptation strategy.  

The session is aimed at partner and contributor countries, project implementers, multilateral development partners, and private sector players shaping the next generation of adaptation investment.
