The next Asia-Pacific Partnership for Disaster Risk Reduction (APP-DRR) Forum [formerly, ISDR Asia Partnership (IAP) Forum], is scheduled for 12-13 November 2019 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in Brisbane, Australia. The APP-DRR Forum will share and review progress in the region in implementing the Asia Regional Plan for Implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030, and consolidate key thematic and priority areas for action in the Asia-Pacific region. The Forum will also engage participants in designing the substantive content of the 2020 Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction to be held 23-26 June 2020 in Brisbane, Australia.
