These lesson plans for teachers of K-2 children are to encourage their students to practice what they learn in these lessons(general injury prevention, burns, breathing emergencies, slips, trips, and falls, and poisoning) and become safety experts at home, at school, and at play, teaching them that accidents and injuries can be prevented and that everyone is responsible for his/her own safety and for the safety of others.
