Séisme en Haïti: bilan et Regards sur trois ans d'actions

Ce rapport présente le bilan de l’action humanitaire en faveur des victimes du terrible séisme qui a dévasté Haïti et sa capitale 12 janvier 2010. Après trois ans d’actions sans relâche en Haïti, la Croix-Rouge française est convaincue qu’il faut prendre en considération l'ensemble des vulnérabilités du pays et prône une mobilisation constante pour enrayer l’enchainement régulier de catastrophes, en luttant contre la pauvreté et en renforçant les capacités des acteurs locaux. Au travers de ce rapport, la Croix-Rouge s'engage à poursuivre ses efforts pour renforcer la résilience des populations face aux catastrophes et les soutenir dans leur démarche de développement.
Le rapport revient sur le considérable travail effectué depuis les premières heures qui ont suivi cette catastrophe et sur l'évolution de la situation, notamment dans les camps. Dans la continuité des actions d’urgence et de relève menées en 2010 et 2011, l’année 2012 a été centrée sur des activités visant à rendre les populations des camps et des quartiers de Port-au-Prince plus autonomes et à améliorer leurs conditions de vie.
