Cameroon: National climate change adaptation plan

This national adaptation plan provides a framework to guide the coordination and implementation of climate change adaptation initiatives in Cameroon. This plan also serves as a planning tool for defining and monitoring priority activities for ear of the five agro-ecological zones of Cameroon.

The plan aims to:

• Reduce the country's vulnerability to the impacts of climate change and strengthen its capacity for adaptation and resilience
• Facilitate the coherent integration of climate change adaptation in relevant policies and programmes, especially in development planning processes and strategies
