Mission
SIGNALERT proposes a solution based on smartphone Apps to make every citizen a sensor of the environment.
Using crowd sourcing and social networks, the members of Signalert community provide real time and structured informations about physical effects, damages, impacts of natural phenomenons, form their early weak and local stages to the complete development of the phenomenons;
the Signalert community is a complement to institutionnal monitoring and observing networks based on physical sensors.
Beside this core activity, Signalert proposes services and expertise in engineering, assessment, mapping, early warning for all type of disasters and climate change impacts.

The activities of Signalert are fully devoted to DRR and monitoring of natural phenomenons or human activty impacts on our livehood and environment such as contamination, pollutions, industrial accidents, urban dysfunctionning.
