Ecuador: Otavalo está ubicada en un sector de riesgo

La Secretaría Nacional de Gestión de Riesgos busca como aliado estratégico al Municipio de Otavalo para que se incluya a esta entidad en el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial y así trabajar en desastres naturales que acongojan a la ciudad, informó El Norte. "Nuestro objetivo es evaluar todo lo que tiene que ver al componente de gestión de riesgos en Otavalo y dentro del plan de ordenamiento", manifestó William Luna, Jefe Provincial de la Secretaría Nacional de Gestión de Riesgos.
