Tsunami Warning and Alert System in the estuary of the Tagus River
Celebrating the International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction, October 13th, this year under the slogan “Early Warning for All”, the Municipal Civil Protection Service of Lisbon will present to the students of the Patrício Prazeres School the “Tsunami Warning and Alert System in the estuary of the Tagus River” and self-protection measures.
Also during the morning, another team from the SMPC will carry out an action on earthquakes and self-protection measures, in Quake, to which the Parish Council of Belém was also associated, with students from Casa Pia de Lisboa as its target audience.
