• Identification of the victims;
• The mobilization of the humanitarian aid in favour of the disaster victims (food, tents, clothing, drugs, water?);
• Training in management and prevention of disasters;
• The rehabilitation of the socio-economic infrastructures and the reintegration of the victims of the calamities;
• The need assessment for the victims of the natural disasters Development of the programs of interventions;
• The coordination of the follow-up of the interventions in favour of the victims;
• The initiation of any activity likely to mitigate the effects of the natural disasters on the life of the communities.
