6th Asian Ministerial Conference for Disaster Risk Reduction: Statement of voluntary commitments of mayors and local governments

A statement gathering inputs from local governments for the Post 2015 framework for disaster risk reduction (HFA2) and aiming to promote resiliency amongst cities and local governments in the Asia-Pacific region. It provides recommendations regarding: (i) actions related to the three sub-themes of the conference; (ii) actions related to evolving HFA2 priorities; (iii) activities at the local, national, regional and global level; (iv) short-mid term and long term targets; (v) indicators; (vi) means of verification; and (vii) timeframe.
