My interest is in the local level disaster risk reduction, especially in local governance. We need to strengthen our local communities to make them disaster resillient, our disaster activities should be focused on that level. Let's make local government to be capable to handle local level disasters. Smaller disaster are mostly neclected world wide, which shouldn't.
