The Community Resilience Project in Latin America and the Caribbean Region is demonstrating through evidence-based approaches "how" to effectively operationalise HFA priorities in local action. This presentation provides a practical and concrete example of how each of the 5 HFA priorities of action are being implemented locally in an Alti-plano context on the outskirts of Cusco, Peru.
