Summary of a capitalisation report undertaken in 2010 about The Disaster Risk Reduction programme implemented by Doctors of the World in the district of Maroantsetra, in northeast Madagascar. The project, based on a community approach, aims to put measures in place to reduce the impact on health of natural disasters affecting the populations.
