Description
Sixteen (16) evaluations were completed using ten disaster risk resilience indicators (DRRI) in three countries (India, Philippines, and Jordan) by mid-level decision makers of government agencies at the national and sub-national levels. The results indicate an "honest" conclusion that DRR has yet to reach a tipping point where the future will be safer than the present.
