Organisational frameworks for didactic activities and student mobility between Universities are presented as critical solutions for enhancing student education and for strengthening international competence in natural hazard research. Partnerships among university, government, and private-sector offer expertise and material support for the integration of traditional field-based activities and Geomatics techniques.
