To contribute to this paradigm shift by means of various partnership-based programmes for capacity building of Research professionals through higher education, knowledge based development and networking. CEED will work as a catalyst for sustainable community development in the era of climate change at the grassroots level of societies.
other activities are ; Applied Research on DRR in Himalayan Region, Mountain Hazard , Watershed and technology for Arid Agriculture and promotion of local knowledge in water shared Management. Finally sharing knowledge and experience though one line and printed publication .
we could organize awareness campaign, Capacity development, conducting training on Urban Environmental Management and governance programme and CEED has a network where we could promote City Resilient campaign in greater South Asia .
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
