'Honduras vulnerable to natural hazards' - IDB

The news agency Inside CostaRica reports that according to a study by the Inter-American Development Bank Honduras is the country most affected by natural hazards in Latin America and needs a more effective integration of policies, plans and sustainable development programmes at all levels.
