El Seminario Internacional “Plan y Estrategia para Refugios Temporales Post-Terremotos” tenia el objetivo de "involucrar a la sociedad civil para que esté preparada en el uso de los planes preventivos en materia de desastres", indicó Dan Lewis, jefe de la División de Gestión de Desastres del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para los Asentamientos Humanos.
