Source(s): European Environment Agency

The European Environment Agency announces its plans to award a Framework Partnership Agreement concerning the European Topic Centres on climate change impacts, vulnerability and adaptation 2011-2013.

The main EEA objective in this work area is to support new EU and European Policy developments on vulnerability and adaptation and on disaster prevention and management by developing online access to relevant environmental information observations for spatial mapping and decision-support tools, via SEIS and GMES services to help EEA Member States meet their objectives for dealing with climate change impacts, adaptation, vulnerability mapping, disaster prevention and management.
