Earthquake-resistant tech key to Haiti school rebuild

A Canadian construction company has donated 170 earthquake-resistant connectors for a building trades school that is being constructed in Haiti. The school is designed to be seismic-resistant, so it will function as a safe-zone as well, providing food, shelter and medical assistance in case of a natural disaster.
