New Zealand: Dunedin City Council plans for climate change

On implementing a 3-yr climate change adaptation project, Nicola Johnston said 'of all the hot spots identified, the possible impacts on South Dunedin affect by far the most residents, businesses and critical infrastructure.' A study will assess the risks and scenarios including a social impact assessment involving communities.
