Description
It is important to demonstrate the value of environmental preparedness at local level from a humanitarian perspective, and appeal to all actors from government to local activists to make the necessary efforts to initiate projects which can produce very good returns on investment. The aim is to build local preparedness capacity to environmental emergencies such as industrial and technological accidents.
