Implementation of Outcomes of the Mid Term Review of the Hyogo Framework for Action

Description

The informal plenary will continue the discussion on the outcomes of the Mid-Term Review of the Hyogo Framework. All parties are encouraged to attend and contribute.

While leaving ample margin for delegates to make their contribution to the discussion as they deem most appropriate, it is suggested that the Informal Plenary sessions be organized around these cluster of themes emerging from the Mid-Term Review:

- Institutional issues
- Defining the "how"
- Role of international community
