Opening ceremony

Distinguished delegates are cordially invited to the opening of the Third Session of the Global Platform and the World Reconstruction Conference.

The opening session will be an opportunity to outline future plans and commitments to achieve international and domestic goals in risk reduction. As global and domestic institutions pursue the goals of sustainable development, it is only with strong leadership at the highest levels that investments can be protected and lives saved.
