The 2nd international conference on Mountains in the Changing World will be held in Kathmandu, the gateway to the Himalayas in Nepal, the 27 - 28 October 2017. This conference aims to provide a forum for international/national scholars, researchers, policy maker and students with an opportunity to share their research findings and knowledge related to various aspects of mountains. The conference will feature plenary session, symposiums, workshops and excursions. 

Call for abstracts

Abstracts for the conference can be submitted via its online submission system. Abstracts can be submitted by 21 August for both oral and poster sessions in different conference tracks. Please click here for details.

Registration

All conference participants are required to register. Early bird registration begins on 2 April and ends on 31 August. Deadline for regular registration is 22 September. Click here for more information.
