12th Annual Meeting of the International Water Resource Economics Consortium (IWREC)
Since the early 1990s, IWREC has served as a premier venue for water economists worldwide to promote economic work on water resources, exchange information and research findings, and disseminate individual and joint work.

The overall theme of the 12th Annual Meeting of the International Water Resource Economics Consortium 2016 will be “Water Security in a Changing World.”
Submissions of papers are now being accepted on the following topics:

- Assessing large- and small-scale irrigation investments
- Moving toward integrated urban and basin management
