About

Join us for the launch of Atlas 2.0, the new and improved GEM dataset of hazard curves available for public good and commercial applications!

This event will showcase the latest updates to Atlas 2.0, including improved specifications and a new IT infrastructure that makes it easier to access and integrate the dataset into your workflows. Learn how Atlas 2.0 can help you perform seismic assessments and make informed decisions to reduce earthquake risk and increase resilience around the world.

This release event will cover the improved specifications made to the dataset, calculated using the latest version of GEM's Global Hazard Mosaic, as well as the new IT infrastructure used to access and integrate the dataset into external frameworks. This event will thus highlight how GEM models are used to produce user-friendly tools for a variety of stakeholders, which is in line with our mission to reduce earthquake risk and increase resilience globally.
