Meetings of the Committee of Permanent Correspondents and of its Bureau, meetings of the Directors of the Specialized Euro-Mediterranean Centres, and meetings of thematic working groups are regularly organized by the Agreement. The Agreement also takes part in external meetings, organized by European and International organizations involved in the field of major natural and technological disasters.

4. Examination of the centres' 2010 activities
5. Information on forthcoming relevant events
6. Preparation of the 2010 ministerial session
