This webinar jointly organized by UNESCO and Politecnico di Torino under the EU-funded RESILIAGE project aims to explore the intersection of gender, heritage, and resilience-building strategies amidst disasters. 

The virtual event will convene experts across disciplines to explore innovative approaches that harness both natural and cultural heritage to bolster community resilience, emphasizing the empowerment of women in this critical domain. 

With a focus on inclusivity and gender parity, the speakers will delve into the vital contributions of women in science and their indispensable role in bridging the gender gap within disaster risk reduction efforts.
