Weather and climate are among the foremost factors that determine how a society develops in a geographical region. During the last thirty years of hydro-climate studies, two byproducts of men’s industrial and agriculture activities were recognized as potential causes for the climate change in the form of global warming. The forecast of the global heat release for the year 2075 is about 0.1% of the incoming solar energy. will pursue the effect of climate change on finding sustainable solutions for flooding.
