Hyogo Framework for Action 2005-2015 Mid-Term Review
The Report
The HFA Mid-Term Review provides a contribution to catalyse discussion and focus attention on some of the most urgent and important activities that can be undertaken if we are to achieve the outcome expected in the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) by 2015 and contribute to the setting of the agenda for the Rio+20 Sustainable Development Conference.
The Hyogo Framework for Action 2005-2015 Mid-Term Review aims at critically analyzing the extent to which HFA implementation has progressed and at helping countries and their institutional partners identify practical measures to increase commitment, resourcing, and efforts in its further implementation.
The Mid-Term Review seeks to answer specific key questions through a number of methodological tools in order to "address strategic and fundamental matters concerning [HFA] implementation to 2015 and beyond."
