Disaster-hit Bangladesh plans climate change fund

Finance Adviser Mirza Azizul Islam announced the constitution of a $14.6 billion fund to enhance climate change adaptation capacity, and to reduce damage and dislocation from climate-related disasters, which have severely struck Bangladesh in the last years, causing thousands of victims.
