This issue of Southasiadisasters.net highlights pertinent areas of disaster risk management from Asia to prepare for the upcoming 6th Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction which is scheduled on 22–26 June, 2014. The theme of this year's conference is Promoting Investments for Resilient Nations and Communities.
