This brochure provides information about tsunami preparedness, including: what a tsunami is, its causes (earthquake, landslides, volcanic eruptions, etc.), why it is dangerous, the warning signs and what steps need to be taken in case it happens. It also describes the United States Tsunami Warning Center's levels of messaging and their signification, and provides some advices to be prepared before a tsunami strikes.
