Building resilience in practice

Source(s):  Practical Action

A briefing paper on how Practical Action is building 'resilience' into its projects, the paper uses six case studies from Peru, Bangladesh, Sudan, Nepal and Kenya. The case studies offer a variety of entry points (disaster risk reduction, food security, natural resource management) and provide an evidence base for operationalizing resilience and for including processes and resources that are essential for supporting learning, adaptation and experimentation.
