Risk and governance profiles

This document aims to succinctly summarize the climate risks faced by Nauru. This includes rapid onset and long- term changes in key climate parameters, as well as impacts of these changes on communities, livelihoods and economies.

The disaster risk reduction status report provides a snapshot of the state of disaster risk reduction in the the Republic of Nauru under four priorities of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030.

The preparation of this National Progress Report has been undertaken within the framework of the biennial 2011-13 HFA Monitoring and Progress Review process, facilitated by UNISDR and ISDR System partners.
