This webinar will share experiences in community management in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to to draw out key messages and recommendations towards recovery, rehabilitation and DRM coordination. This event will be in English and will take place on May 13, 2020 at 10:00 (PANAMA).

Topics will include:

  • Avoiding contagion;
  • Facing isolation;
  • Provision of food and basic needs;
  • Management of reliable information;
  • Solutions to socio-economic impact in the face of loss of income and livelihoods;
  • Upcoming planting season and hurricanes;
  • Civil society and government partnerships to strengthen coordination and preparedness mechanisms; and
  • Emergency plans.
