6th Regional 3R Forum in Asia and the Pacific

The conference is organized on the theme, '3R as an Economic Industry - Next Generation 3R Solutions for a Resource-Efficient Society and Sustainable Tourism Development in Asia and the Pacific'. It will focus on water security, tourism, waste management, sustainable urban management, and on integration of 3R in regional programmes dealing with climate change, disaster management, and biodiversity management.

Participants include high-level government representatives from Asia-Pacific countries, city mayors and other professionals. Delegates will discuss implementation of Ha Noi 3R Declaration (2013-2023), as well as economic and employment opportunities in 3R areas, especially in the context of the post-2015 development agenda.
