The United Nations University - Institute for Environment and Human Security (UNU-EHS) in close collaboration with the University of Bonn invite young scientists to apply for the 2012 PhD Block Course.

Main objectives of the course are to increase the awareness regarding the complexity and importance of vulnerability and resilience in the field of disaster risk management and to explore options to reduce vulnerability and risk by improved adaptive capacities.
