The purpose of this Strategic Partnership Arrangement is to define the context and strategic objectives of a preferred collaboration between Viet Nam and the Netherlands in the field of climate change and water management, by providing a framework for long-term bilateral cooperation.
The Strategic Partnership Arrangement identifies the strategic priorities into which the bilateral cooperation will be concentrated over the partnership period. The framework also identifies inter-linkages between various sectors, governments, regions and countries, with the aim of encouraging greater coherence and comprehensiveness of climate change adaptation and water management.
